WHALE, Elsie (nee Middleton) - Elsie Whale (nee Middleton), passed away peacefully at her home on June 16, 2021, in her 92nd year.
Elsie was predeceased by her husband Terrence (Terry), who passed away in 2001.
Elsie was born on February 28th, 1929, in Hartlepool, England and moved to Canada with her husband Terry in 1953. She was an excellent pianist and loved playing a tune or two at family gatherings in her home. She also enjoyed crocheting, gardening, romance novels and watching old movies.

Beloved Grandmother (Nana) to Christine (Marco) Giampietro, Kevin (Jenna) Whale and Michelle Whale. Loving Great Grandmother to Alyssa, Joseph, Adriana and new Great Granddaughter, on the way.
She will be greatly missed by friends and family both here in Canada and “across the pond”.
Due to Covid, there will be a family Celebration of Life at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with Skinner and Middlebrook funeral home, Mississauga.
Special thanks to Care Partners and all the P.S.W.’s and nurses who were able to help keep her comfortable and help grant her wish to pass away at home.
