Davis CaryDAVIS, Cary James 'CD' - After a 3 year battle with cancer, we lost a truly remarkable husband, father, and friend on July 19, 2021 at the age of 72.

Cary was loved by many, especially his wife Betty Irene (Jarvis) of 52 years.

His children Michael (predeceased), Michelle and Marty, his grand-children Trevor, Danielle, and Lorna.

His siblings Rick (predeceased), Marilyn, Carolyn, and Sheri.

His best bud Les, and his four-legged friend Hunter.

Cary always had a story to tell, and his many stories about travelling the country while long haul trucking, or of various hunting and fishing trips have entertained many other friends over the years.  As a dad, he made sure his kids knew the “work hard then play hard” rule but still looked out for them up until he left for his final long haul.

A wake is taking place at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home in Markham on Friday July 23rd from 4 to 8 pm, and a graveside ceremony and internment will take place in Markham on Saturday, July 24th.

As Cary was passionate about the outdoors, donations to any wildlife conservation organization or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
