CONTE, Caterina - With sadness, we announce the passing of Caterina on July 24, 2021 at the age of 81.
Predeceased by her husband Lorenzo (1978) and her daughter Angie (2018), she leaves behind her son Pasquale (Josie).
Proud nonna of Francesco and Samantha.
Caterina is survived by her siblings Achillo and Concetta. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews and their families.
Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. No reservations are needed but a room capacity is in place. Entrance into the funeral home is monitored and based on the capacity when you arrive, you might be asked to wait until we can safely let you in.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Fidelis Church (33 Connie St. – Rustic Rd., east of Keele St.) on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow.
In memory of Caterina, donations and flowers are accepted with donations being directed to the Canadian Cancer Society.
