* As of Sept. 22, 2021:  Funeral services (including visitations) are part of the Goverment

of Ontario's 'Vaccine Passport' requirement, If Held Indoors .

This includes Funeral Services at Funeral Home, Cemeteries and Crematoriums, If Held Indoors .

* From Sept. 22 to Oct. 12, 2021:
Funeral Guests may attend an Indoor Funeral, if they have Proof of a Negative COVID-19 Rapid Test,
taken 48 hours preceding the Funeral.

* After Oct. 12, 2021, all attendees must show proof of vaccination or written proof of a Medical
Exemption from a doctor or nurse.

There are no other exemptons for people attending funerals.

---Except for:
* Those presenting written proof of a Medical Exemption from a doctor or nurse; and
* Children under the age of 12.

* These measures do not apply to outdoor funerals.

* Everyone must still wear a mask or face covering.

Worobess CarrieWOROBESS, Carrie Lynn - Surrounded by her family, Carrie Lynn Worobess passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the age of 45.

She will be forever loved and missed by her parents Thomas and Joanne, her sisters and their spouses Jennifer and James, Lorelei and Jeremy, and Jessica and Darryn.

She was a loving Auntie to Jacob, Dylan, Sydney, Daniel, Grace, Spencer, Lauren, Alice, Charley and Anna.

Carrie will be remembered fondly by her large extended family and the many people whose lives she touched.

Carrie loved chocolate, spending time at family gatherings, watching re-runs of Golden Girls and singing. Her love for her family was unconditional and she always looked forward to times spent with them.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association or Variety Village (Variety - the Children's Charity of Ontario).

Visitation for Carrie will be held Thursday, July 29th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave East, West Hill, ON M1E2S2.

A graveside service will occur Friday, July 30th at 11:00 AM at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, 2700 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M 1M5 in the Garden of Peace (Lot 34A near the monument).
