HAWKINS, Kenneth - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Ray Hawkins, beloved husband of the late Elinor Jean (Greenwood), and devoted father to Sue Ann, Kim Cohos (Peter), Sandra LeMaitre (Fred Wallace), and Steven (Kelly).
Ken passed away at Trillium Hospital, on Monday, July 19, 2021, from respiratory complications.
He was the eldest son of Clifford and Mary Hawkins.
Papa will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Benjamin (Alix), Stephen (Janelle), Kaila (Jesse), Adam (Sarah) and thought of grandchild Katie.
He leaves behind great-grandchildren Riley, Quinn and Levi. Ken will also be missed by his dear friend and companion Alta McNeil. For those who were blessed to meet Ken, they knew a kind, gentle, loving man.
Always quick with a smile, handshake or a hug. Ken was a genuine person, who you knew truly cared.
The outpouring of support and kind words received by his family is testament to the profound impact he had on many lives.
At this time, a private family celebration and interment will be in Ingoldsby, Ontario, at a date y
