ROMERO, Jorge Efrain Reyes - Passed away peacefully on Sunday July 25, 2021.
He was born in the beautiful city of Zaruma, El Oro, Ecuador on June 28th, 1941.
Jorge came to Canada in 1971 for a better life for his family and worked as a spot welder most of his adult life.
He was a very humble family man and very well respected in the Latino Community, and was often kindly referred to as Don Reyes.
Jorge leaves behind his dear wife of over 58 years, Cecilia Peralta Reyes and their 4 beloved children, Juan Carlos Reyes, Martha Parrales Reyes, Jorge F. Reyes Jr., and Rosemary Carrillo Reyes.
Jorge always made time and shared enough love to go around not only to his wife and kids but to his 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed By all that loved him.
Visitation will be held at DeMarco Funeral Home, Toronto on Thursday, July 29th and Friday, July 30th, 2021. The service will take place at St. Judes Roman Catholic Church, 3265 Weston Road, Toronto on Saturday, July 31st, 2021 at 10:00am.
