Lukewich CaroleLUKEWICH, Carole Loretta - Passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021.

Carole was many things to many people.

First and foremost, Carole-with-an-E (heaven forbid you spelled her name without an E!) was a dedicated mother to Lynn (John), Donny (Anne Marie), Kerri (Marc), Christine (Kevin) and Katherine (Sam).

She loved her children and willingly embraced her role as “Gram” to her eight grandchildren, David, Anthony, Laura, Kate, Luke, Andrew, Matthew and Cole, and her two great grandchildren, Carter and Daniel.

She made friends everywhere she went – from R.H. King High School to Variety Village and many stops in between – becoming lifelong connections with Carole. Growing up in Scarborough, Carole moved at the young age of 20 to her forever home on Oakridge Drive with her beloved husband, John (deceased in 1998). Their home was always filled with warm company, spirited conversations and enough beer in the fridge to entertain all who came by.

Over her hectic life, Carole always made time for her many crafty projects.

So, what can we say about a woman who has touched us all, in many unique ways? Perhaps there is nothing more to say. Perhaps our love and experiences with Carole will remain completely brilliant within each and every one of us.

A private family service will be held, with burial at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

Donations made to the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated by Carole's family.
