Beloved husband of the late Lucyna, loving father of Diane Poloczek and her husband Zbig, Wendy Dukelaw and her husband Frank.
Predeceased by his daughter Barbara Berthiaume and survived by her husband Maurice.
Dearest grandfather of Kathryn, Christine, Robert, Carly and Amy and great-grandson Oliver.
A private mass and interment will take place.
