BOOKER, Jan Fredric - The family regrets to announce that Jan passed away on September 22, 2021 in his 72nd year.
Jan is survived by his wife Janet, son James, granddaughter Aubree and sister Johanna (David). He will be missed by his family and friends.
Jan worked for many years at Toronto Hydro.
In retirement he faithfully served St. Barnabas Anglican Church and the Children’s Circle Day Care Centre with his many talents. He was honoured by the Anglican Diocese with the Order of the Diocese of Toronto in 2020.
He also enjoyed travelling the world with Janet as well as spending summers at the family cottage on Balsam Lake and with the many who gathered there.
A private celebration of his life will take place on Friday, October 1st at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date.
