LOSCHIAVO, Nicola - Passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 95 in the care of Michael Garron Hospital. Special thanks to the caring team of doctors, nurses and staff at the hospital.
Nicola is survived by his loving wife of 69 years Caterina Loschiavo (nee Balenzano).
Beloved father of his devoted daughter Clara Sabino and her husband Joe, his son Joe and his wife Franca, and his son Sandro.
Proud Nonno of Antonette, Nicholas, Sarah, Christopher and Daniel.
Bisnonno to his cherished grand children Isabelle, Alexander, Isaac and Roman.
Nicola was a generous, helpful, energetic and hard working man with a strong sharp mind. He was a man of few words but much conviction.
He enjoyed a good time playing cards and spending time with family and friends.
He worked as a master electrician and later found employment with the Toronto Transit Commission where he retired at 65 years of age.
You would often find him in his well organized and thriving garden.
He will truly be missed by family and friends.
The family will be having a private funeral service.
