GIBSON, Jean Francis (nee HARRISON) - Jean Frances Gibson, of Hanover, ON, passed away peacefully at the Village in Hanover on Monday, October 11, 2021.
She was 94. Born on February 19, 1927 in Windsor to the late Allan and Luella Harrison.
Jean is survived by loving daughters Beverly (Peter) Hambly of Hanover and Barbara (Fred Klassen) Gibson of Coquitlam, BC.
Special grandmother to Heather (Jeremy) Mighton, Colleen (Scott) Coghlin, Jessica (Chris Lloyd) Klassen, and Brianna (Rohan Chandrashekhar) Klassen.
Loved great-grandmother of Paige, Carter, Ewan, Blake, Meghan, Kaitlin, and Sahana.
Predeceased by her husband Leonard R. Gibson and her brother Robert Harrison.
She and Len lived and worked in Windsor, London, Ottawa, and Toronto; retiring to Barrie, then Hanover.
She loved curling, bridge, and particularly Mahjong.
She enjoyed her time with her rose gardens and rose competitions. A life well lived.
There will be no visitations. Cremation has taken place.
