LOOK HONG, Cecilia Veronica - Peacefully passed away on October 6, 2021.
She was predeceased by parents, Suevon and James Look Hong; sisters, Lillian (Patrick Chen See) and Marian (Jeffrey Lodenquai).
She would have celebrated her 84th birthday on November 3rd.
She is sadly missed by sister, Pauline (Man Kin Mak) and brothers, William (Jeanne), and Bobby (Cecile), and along with numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews.
Cecilia was born and raised in Jamaica where she attended Wolmers High School, then began her banking career with a prominent international commercial bank.
She subsequently migrated to Canada and continued with the head office in Ontario, up to retirement. After retiring, she served the community doing volunteer work in several different areas while enjoying her hobbies of travelling, reading and socializing.
Cecilia was a quiet, soft-spoken and diligent individual who enjoyed her solitude and privacy. She was known for her kindness and generosity, she had a keen sense of humour, and she was always reliable and assertive in whatever task she undertook.
Due to the pandemic restrictions, a private Funeral Mass will be celebrated, and interment will follow, for immediate family only.
