MACDONALD, Craig - It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce his sudden and tragic passing on October 14, 2021.
Craig was loved by everyone who knew him. He had a special way of connecting with people. Kind, genuine, always there for his family and friends to lend a helping hand and an ear to listen.
He had a twinkle in his beautiful eyes, the most genuine smile, and a vibrant and infectious personality. He cared deeply for others and had a zest for life that was unmatched.
He leaves a void in our family that will never be replaced and we will miss him every minute of every day for the rest of our lives.
Craig took pride in being a family man. He will be forever missed and never forgotten by his partner Rupi, his children Kyle, Amber, Colin, Emma, and Colton, daughter-in-law Melissa, granddaughter Kayden, step-children Riya and Eshaan, father Colin, mother Diane, step-father Duncan, sister DremaJoy, brother-in-law Joe, step-sister Tracy, niece Abbey, nephew Lucas, and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was also loved by his many friends and work family at Providence Healthcare, where he was employed for almost 25 years. Everybody knew and loved Craig and he had a genuine and deep affection for Providence and his coworkers.
Funeral services will be held on Monday October 25 at 12:30 pm at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
In Craig’s memory, contributions may be made to help with the expenses for funeral arrangements and the immediate financial
needs of his partner and children via Go Fund Me.
Our family would like to thank all of our family and friends for your support as we grieve the sudden and tragic loss of the irreplaceable and unforgettable Craig MacDonald.
