MOISEY, Donald   -  October 2, 1933 - September 22, 2021

In Loving Memory With arms wide open and a heart full of love, Dad has been reunited with the love of his life Joyce – never to be parted again.

They were devoted to each other for over sixty years meeting in Ottawa and raising their family in Montreal, Toronto and Pickering.

He was a loving father to Barb (Ross), Debbie (Steve) and David (Glen), grandfather (Sir) to Kristy, and companion to his feline friend Toffee.

Born October 2, 1933 in Andrew, Alberta, he was the youngest of thirteen children and the last surviving sibling.

Dad will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family far and wide. Our father was a self-made, self-taught man and we are so proud of his many accomplishments.

After leaving the Canadian Air Force, he joined IBM where he spent over 20 years. He saw the beginning of the business computer age working on the first mainframe computers. This followed time spent with the Bank of Montreal on the first ATM machines.

With his entrepreneurial spirit, he formed his own company - Moisey Systems Limited - and for over 25 years successfully developed innovative custom telecommunications hardware and software solutions. Quick with a laugh, a smile... and a fist bump... he left a lasting impression on everyone he met as well as those who knew him well. We will forever miss his unwavering support and his love of family.

Too well loved to ever be forgotten.
