NITSOPOULOS, Maria - (August 13, 1933 – October 20, 2021) - Maria died peacefully, surrounded by her family.
She was predeceased by her husband Pangiotis "Gonos", and her son Demetrius (Olga) "Jim," and her three brothers Vasily, Stefanos, and Boris Rapos.
Born in Vevi (Banitsa) Greece, she was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Maria is survived by her sons John and Evangelos, grandchildren Peter, Chris, and Matthew, and great-granddaughter Rose.
Baba Marika will always be remembered for her warmth and generosity. She loved nothing more than to be with her family, work in her garden and cook.
She may be gone, but will never be forgotten. Arrangements are entrusted with Jerrett funeral home, Scarborough chapel.
