Cavotti MikeCAVOTTI, Mike   - April 5, 1953 - November 20, 2021

It is with immeasurable sorrow the family announce his passing on November 20, 2021.

Doting grandson of Nessie Mitchell.

Loyal son of Dante Cavotti and Dorothy Mitchell.

Beloved brother of Nadine (Stu), Steve (Leona), and Michelle. Adored uncle to Chris (Michelle), Jennifer (Andy), Jon, and Mitch.

Fondly remembered by Caron Galea.

Proud father to the light of his world, Christina.

Born and raised in Etobicoke, Mike's younger years were spent excelling at each of the many sports he enjoyed so much. His astonishing natural ability is legendary.

After a career spent in the exporting business he retired comfortably to devote himself to his aging parents and the care and guidance of his greatest love; Christina.

His immense personality filled every room with laughter and his God-given gift of making everyone feel special was truly a wonder to behold.

The genuine respect and empathy he felt for every soul was a lesson we are all still learning.

Thankfully for us, he will never be forgotten. The family is deeply grateful to the staff at Credit Valley Hospital for their love and care in Mike's final days.

Friends may call at Turner & Porter "Neweduk" Chapel, Mississauga, on Sunday. Due to limitations still in place surrounding COVID-19, space for visitation is limited, and all guests must register in advance.  A private Funeral Service will be held.

For those who wish donations may be made to the Cancer Society of Canada.
