Alderson RichardALDERSON, Richard Alderson   -  Age 66, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly in his sleep, at his home, on December 1, 2021.

Richard was born in Montreal, Quebec, the youngest child of the late John and Joyce Alderson.

Beloved brother to Alex (deceased), David (Danielle) and Sherrill (Denis Freel).

A beloved cool uncle to Chad, Dixon and Elissa; Jennifer-Anne, Emilie and Gabrielle; and David, Meghan and Luke. And great-uncle to many nephews and nieces.

Richard will also be missed by his friends at Marketron, where he worked for the past 12 years.

His kindness and wonderful dry sense of humour made him a great fit and integral part of their development team.

Richard had many talents and accomplishments but he will be remembered the most by his family and friends for his sharp wit and his love and skill in music.

An accomplished guitarist and singer, music has always been a major part of his life.

He said that music was good for the soul and that it gave him joy and meaning to his life.

Richard was an incredible person who will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

There are no funeral services planned at the present time but we hope to have a memorial service for him in the New Year which will involve a lot of music and fond reminiscences of this remarkable man.
