JAWORSKI, Ann - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the age of 96.
Beloved wife of the late John.
Loving mother of Carolyn (Gus) and proud Baba of Anne-Marie (Taras) and Natalie (Ryan).
Will be missed by the family pets Chaika and Poppy.
Ann will be fondly remembered by her family, friends and cottage family.
If desired, donations in Ann's memory can be made to St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church.
A Graveside service will be held for Ann on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Park Lawn Cemetery, Toronto.
