TEMOVSKY, Donka  - Passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Malton Village Long Term Care in Mississauga, Ontario, at the age of 102.

Predeceased by her loving husband Simo. Will be missed by her sons Jim (Nada) and Peter (Donna).

Cherished Baba to her grandchildren Chris (Susan Niczowski), Sonia (Thomas) Rando, Kimberly (Jim) Barnett and Kerri-Lynn (Mark) Weston. Beloved Great-Baba to Stephanie, Aidan, Claudia, Kelly, Teagan, Kian, Carrick and Brynna. Donka's brothers Ilo and Giorgi and families in Port Kembla and Wollongong, Australia, became a cherished connection to her over several visits.

Donka was born in Velushina, Macedonia and raised her family in Bitola prior to immigrating to Toronto in 1956. he typified the strong Macedonian family woman and was actively involved in family and community life proudly highlighted during the early days of founding members of St. Clements Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral with her husband Simo, a celebrated icon artist and community leader.

Special thanks to her long-term care aide Ruska and the staff at Canadian Macedonian Place where she received assisted living for many years.

She will be missed by her friends and staff who gave amazing care to Donka and cherished her wit and humour over the years. Visitation at Newediuk Funeral Home, 2058 Kipling Avenue, Etobicoke, on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 1:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Canadian Macedonian Place.
