CHEN, Rafael - Peacefully, on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, Rafael Chen passed away.
Rafael was passionate for travelling the world, running, choir singing, and spending time with his family.
His memory will forever be cherished by his wife May and their children, Bryce and Kyle.
