DIAKUN, Jozefa - April 23, 1929 - April 19, 2022
Passed away peacefully on April 19, 2022, just 4 days shy of her 93rd birthday.
Beloved wife of the late John.
Much loved mother of Michael (Myroslawa), and Roman (Charlotte).
Loving grandmother of Laura (Ben), Natalie (Doug), Markian (Andrea), Alex and Bridget, and great-grandmother of Zac, Addie, Luke and Nico.
Jozefa arrived in Canada with her family in 1958 and spent 33 years working at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto.
She got the most joy from looking after her family, providing them with Ukrainian cooked meals and baked goods, and working around her home.
Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at St. Demetrius Church (135 La Rose Ave) at 10 am.
