MUZYK, Sharon Irene - On Friday the 15th of April, my wonderful mother, Sharon Irene Muzyk, passed away peacefully in Phoenix, Arizona.
Always an adventurer, Sharon has lived in Winnipeg, Toronto, Palm Springs and Arizona, getting to spend the final decade of her life fulfilling her childhood fantasy of winters full of sunshine.
My mom will be forever remembered by those closest to her as the most amazing listener, always clued in on how to make people feel accepted and heard.
She also had a fierce competitive streak, and there was not a game of crazy eights, cribbage or candyland that didn't go hotly contested.
She leaves behind her beloved dog, Penny, and daughter, Alyssa.
A wonderful mother, sister and friend, Sharon will be missed by all that knew her.
