Sayer BrianSAYER, Brian   -  We are saddened to announce the passing of Brian Sayer on May 3, 2022, in his 85th year.

Brian leaves behind his daughters, Robyn (Brian) and Lisa (Michael); and his grandchildren, Emily, Owen, Allison, Ethan and Benjamin.

Brian is also survived by his brothers, Colin (Lynda) and Clive (Ginny).

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Patricia. Brian was born in Leeds, England in 1937.

After losing his father, Norman, in WWII, his mother, Lillian married Reginald Gibson, and the family moved to Oakville, Ontario.

Brian graduated from the University of Toronto as a Chemical Engineer and had a very successful career becoming President of Nacan Canada, in Collingwood and Brampton, and finishing his career as Vice President of National Starch in the US.

He brought up his family in Collingwood, with his first wife, Kathy, where he was very involved in the community.

Faced with health challenges this past year, Brian returned to Canada to be with his family.

As per his wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
