EMOND, Marie-Anne - In her 92nd year, passed away peacefully at home on May 29th, after a long illness.
Beloved daughter of the late John and Katherine Demkow, and sister of Laurie McRobert.
She passed in the presence of her loving husband and soulmate of more than 72 years, Robert Emond.
Deeply loved mother of Susan, Kari, and Cindi.
Loving grandmother of Kristen, Robbie, Zach, Alex, Francesca, Filippo, and the late Jamie Segal.
Mary was the beautiful and intelligent matriarch of our family. She was deeply devoted to her husband, Robert, who was the love of her life, her children, and grandchildren.
She and our father worked tirelessly to provide us with a safe and loving family home.
None of us will ever forget the countless family dinners she prepared, gifting us with many years of happy family memories.
We could all turn to her for her wise advice and unwavering support. Mommy, we will miss you so.

A memorial service will take place at the Jerrett Funeral Home in North York on Monday, June 6th, at 11:00 a.m., preceded by visitation 10:00-11:00 a.m .
