SAWATZKY, Christian Michael - "Christian the Singer" It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Christian at Kensington Hospice, Toronto, on June 7, 2022, with his family by his side.
Born August 4, 1975, son of Marlene Tabaczuk (Peter), brother of Stacey Punch (Mark) and Tertia Lamb, proud uncle to Brianna Punch (David Scott) and Nolan Punch. First grandson of the late Michael and Mary Polychuk.
Christian's mantra: "I wake up every morning and I know who I am, and I know myself, and I stand up for everyone else in the process." Special thanks to: Nadine and the Kensington Hospice team; Sasha and the PEACH team; Alyssa with Unity Health Toronto; and staff at St. Michael's Hospital.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, June 13, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church (131 McCaul Street, Toronto).
