CONNERS, Pat Clarke - It is with a heavy heart, we announce the sudden passing of Pat Conners, on July 24, 2022, at Trillium Hospital.
He is survived by his beloved children, Darrell, Chris and Sherry; their spouses; his cherished grandchildren, Brendon, Alyssa, Kayla; sister, Blanche; many nieces and nephews; and his partner of 4 years, Linda Chabot.
Pat was a devoted member of Long Branch Legion, loved The Blue Jays, and thought he was Tiger Woods on the golf course.
Special thanks to his niece and retired nurse, Gail Klin, for all the care she gave in his remaining days.
There will not be a funeral service for Pat, as per his wishes, however, we will find time in our own hearts to say goodbye to a wonderful man.
You will be missed and remembered always.
