Hart DianeHART, A. Diane   -  May 1, 1937 - July 24, 2022

Diane died peacefully, at her home in Toronto, the city she loved (warts and all).

Her beloved husband, Gordon Hart; parents, Charlie and Reta (Wray) Emberley; and brother, Allen Emberley, all predeceased her.

A Torontophile who travelled the world, Diane had many interests and loved to learn new things.

Always the favourite relative, she was also interested in, and enthusiastic about, others' interests.

She enjoyed her friends, her family and her life, but wasn't keen on the pandemic.

Cousins, Kelly Scott and Ron Berman (London) and Steve, Leslie, Matt and Mitch Walker (Cambridge) were all so supportive and loving.

They will miss her dearly. Diane's Rosedale Glen neighbours were good friends and supported her like family.

Diane was a 40-year member of the Adelaide Club, where she made many long-term friends amongst both members and staff.

Diane loved flowers and received many from friends and family over the years.

To honour Diane, please send flowers or write a note to someone you love.

There will be a private scattering of ashes, and friends and family will be invited to a Celebration of Life .
