Barron JackBARRON, Jack   -  1954 - 2022  Captain Jack has departed on his last voyage.

He passed peacefully, on July 26th, after a day of loving visits from family.

He spent his last days with his devoted wife, Laurie; daughter, Katie, and her family (Jon, Adeline); son, Luke and his family (Carly, Gage); and mother, Joyce.

The Dance and Moonshadow were played over a "night cap" with dear friend, Trevor Marsh. He spent his final week fishing with his granddaughter, Adeline, doing morning crosswords with his Mum (no peeking), and reminiscing over family meals.

He will be remembered by those who knew him best (especially his brothers; Steven, Bruce and Charlie) as a private man with a big heart.

He wore many hats, Boss, Hunter, Captain, Fisherman, but none more important than Bother-in-Law, Friend, Uncle, Husband and Father. An outdoorsman, expert carpenter, country music star and keen angler who lived life to the fullest. Love you big much. Jack, Jake, Papa, Grandpa.

In lieu of flowers, Jack's family would prefer donations to be made to the Severn Sound Environmental Association in his name www.severnsound.ca Jack was an advocate for marine conservation through his charter fishing business.
