LYSAGHT, Margaret Geraldine (Gerrie) (nee MOSS) - On September 11, 2022, Gerrie, in her 101st year, was welcomed by Almighty God into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Gerry was the much-loved daughter of Mary Agnes Shea and Stanley Moss.
She had two older siblings, Reverend John Moss and Helen Regina Moss.
She was also predeceased by her husband, Francis Joseph Lysaght.
Gerrie is survived by her children, Paul (Peggy), Alan (Lynn), Rosemary (Hal), and Mary Frances (aka Miff). She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Jenn, Caitlin, and Jon (Nicole).
Gerrie was a very kind, loving person who devoted her life not only to her family but to many who were in need.
Blessed Sacrament Church was an integral part of her life.
There will be a Visitation from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13th, at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. A Funeral Mass to Celebrate Gerrie's Life will take place at Blessed Sacrament Church, 24 Cheritan Ave., on Wednesday, September 14th, at 11 a.m.
The family would like to offer a special note of thanks to the very loving caregivers (Marlyn, Mirafe, Anie, Leanne, and Jemimah) who looked after Gerrie during the final months of her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul at Blessed Sacrament Church.
