Howley BarbaraHOWLEY, Barbara Mary (nee BATT)   -  1938 - 2022   It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Howley on September 24th, in her 84th year.

She was the beloved wife of Robert Howley for sixty-one years; and was predeceased by her son, Danny; as well as her latest dog, Lexi.

She was the glue of the family and will be deeply missed by her brothers, Ken (Diane) (Suzanne deceased), Ron (Janina), Murray (Linda); as well as her sister-in-law, Dorothy Howley (Paul deceased).

She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews: Kevin (Tess), Kathleen (Guy), Kirk (Martine), Lynn, Christopher (Julia), Michael, Olivia (Michael), Robert Jr. (Debra), Peter (Julia), Catherine, Tom; as well as many great-nieces and nephews.

Barb was a constant in her community and would often be seen feeding the wildlife, tossing a cookie to her many dog "friends" and tending to her perfect garden.

Barb grew up in Toronto and attended Corpus Christi and Notre Dame.

She made many lifelong friends while working for IBM for 25+ years, where she went on to win an award for her excellent skills.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margaret's of Scotland Church at 222 Ridley Blvd., Toronto, on October 12th at 10:30 a.m., followed by a reception in the church hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society.
