FERRAZZUTTI, Alabano (Albert) - On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Albano (Albert) Ferrazzutti passed away at the age of 92.
He was the beloved husband of Mary of 61 years; wonderful father of Christine, Nancy (deceased), and Lori; caring father-in-law of Sal (Severio), Paul (Lisa), and Douglas; loving Nonno of Adrienne (Kintaro), Caitlin, Rachel, Rebecca, Paige, Tessa, Ava, and Mason; dear brother of Rino (deceased) (Angela, deceased) and Luciana (Giuseppe, deceased); fond brother-in-law of Angela, Gianni, Dometilla, and Tony (deceased); and thoughtful Zio of nieces and nephews in Toronto and Italy.
Born in Cisterna, Italy, Albert moved to Belgium at age 18, and then to Canada in 1951, at the age of 21. He started working, as many Italian immigrants did, in the mines.
He built homes with his brother for several years, and then started his 40-plus year career as a tile and marble setter.
Albert will be remembered by everyone who knew him as a kind, unassuming, supportive and loving person with a bright and contagious smile. He made a lasting impact and built a beautiful family who love him dearly. He will be missed.

Visitation will be held at Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel, 2035 Weston Rd., Toronto, on Friday, November 4, 2022, from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church, 33 Connie St., Toronto, on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow.
