McGILLIVRAY, David William - April 4, 1963 - December 7, 2022
It is with immense sadness that we announce David's peaceful passing at 59 years old.
He was surrounded by those he loved most, Michèle Irwin; their daughters, Sarah, Madeleine, Paige and Rev. Katherine Irwin, who guided him spiritually.
He was predeceased by his beloved father, John Charles McGillivray.
He leaves behind his mother, Marie (Lockie) McGillivray, and his four siblings.
David was a good man. He was a respected builder and a natural athlete.
Although he suffered from, and was devastated by, Parkinson's disease through most of his adult life, he accepted his plight with dignity.
He left the world courageously. David is interred in the conservatory at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
