MacKINNON, Marion Lois (nee MacPHERSON)   -  July 17, 1935 - December 14, 2022

Our darling Momsie passed away peacefully, on December 14th, at the age of 87.

Marion was surrounded by her loving family.

Marion is survived by her sister, Marilyn; her children, Susan (Scott), Wendy, Sheila and Catherine; her much-adored grandchildren, Harrison, Spencer, Alison, Lauren, Caitlyn and Taylor; and her many neices and nephews.

Marion was blessed with incredible strength, kindness, generosity of spirit and a hilarious sense of humour.

We are all so thankful for her all encompassing love and devotion.

She was a very special person who touched the lives of so many, often donating her time to raise funds for Breakfast Programs and other charities.

Despite many challenges, Mom remained the eternal optimist who cherished the joys of life.

Some of her favourite times were spent cottaging in Southampton with her children, and spending Easter in Naples, Florida, with her family. Marion enjoyed a long career in sales, but her favourite role which spanned many years was working at C.A. Cruickshank on Mount Pleasant.

Marion inspired her children to travel the world, become educated and always care for others. She will be dearly missed by all of us.

A Visitation is planned for January 4, 2023, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Turner & Porter "Yorke" Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, in Toronto.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Toronto Star Santa Claus Fund.
