CHAN, Leong Chan   -  Died peacefully on December 10, 2022 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.

Leon was born October 16, 1950 in Malaysia to parents Seng Tee Chan and Gok Hoon Goh.

Leon is survived by his loving sisters, Chin and husband See Wee in Toronto, Geok, Eng, Sim, Heong, Lian, Beng, and Kuan and their families across Malaysia, Australia, England and Canada.

Leon was a wonderful uncle to his nieces in Toronto, Tina (Derry, Emma), Carolyn (Taylor, Hudson, Colby) and nephew James.

Leon was a successful real estate agent beloved by clients and friends alike. He was a people person who kept his group of friends and colleagues close over the years - hosting lunches far and wide, he will be sorely missed.

Our thanks to the doctors and nurses at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre for the attentive care he received.

Family and friends will gather at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville) at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday December 28, 2022.
