Sylvester LeonardSYLVESTER, Leonard   -   April 21, 1933 – December 20, 2022

 

Beloved husband of the late Gina Sylvester; father to Paul and the late David; predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Audra.

 

Loving uncle to Lynn Rose; and longtime friends, Jim and June Darge. The youngest of 8 children and beloved uncle to all of his nieces and nephews. Len was a Grand Master Wine Maker, winning numerous awards.

 

He retired in 1995 as CEO from the Construction Safety Association of Ontario.

 

Len passed away in his sleep at home, as were his wishes.

 

Paul thanks the many supportive and helpful family and friends who cared for Len.

 

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 1701 Bloor St. W., Toronto, Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at 11 a.m. For those who wish, donations may be made to a Charity of Your Choice.
