McDONALD, Herbert "Art" Arthur - In Loving Memory It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of "Art" on December 24, 2022, at the age of 71, after a short secondary encounter with cancer.
Son of the late Dr. Ida Brill and Herbert Earl McDonald from Teeswater, ON. "Art," as he is so affectionately called by those who knew him in Toronto for over 50 years, will be missed by his life partner, Alfred Miller.
He will also be missed by his many friends in Toronto. He enjoyed his time as a Funeral Director for almost 50 years with Steele's Memorial, which was succeeded by seventeen years of retirement.
Art is survived by his brother, Jim; and his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Heritage Funeral Centre, 50 Overlea Blvd., Toronto, ON, on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Tiffin Funeral Home, 4 Clinton St. S., Teeswater, ON, on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. There will be a Spring interment at Culross Teeswater Cemetery.
In memoriam donations may be made to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
