HEWLETT, Terence James - After bravely coping with several health issues, Terry passed away unexpectedly at the age of 82 on Monday, December 26, 2022.
Terry leaves behind his devoted wife of 32 years, Margaret "Maggie" Cleveland; sister, Marlene Butcher; nieces, Jill Hewlett, Dena Hewlett (Ian), Angie Hewlett (Jamie) and their children; and many close longtime friends.
A former Ontario Public Service employee, Terry will be remembered for his generosity, kindness, quick mind, dry sense of humour and never-ending quest to solve the most complicated issues and problems.
We will miss you, Terry, you are most definitely irreplaceable! Information will be forthcoming regarding a Celebration of Life in Terry's honour, at which we can remember a dear husband, brother, uncle and friend.
Charitable donations can be made to the COPD Foundation or The Toronto Humane Society.
