Bradshaw ThelmaBRADSHAW, Thelma May (nee BOYNTON)   -  August 23, 1940 - January 3, 2023

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Thelma Bradshaw, beloved wife of Ron Bradshaw; and our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Thelma was born in Toronto, and her early years were spent in the city.

As a young girl, she moved to Woodbridge, Ontario. The moment Thelma met Ron, she was hooked.

They fell in love, stayed in love, and were looking forward to celebrating 65 years of marriage.

Predeceased by son, Peter (1964), together Thelma and Ron raised 3 daughters, Linda, Susan (Terry) and Nancy. As the years passed, the family expanded with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Missing grandma/nana are Michael (Lisa), Renna, Rachel (Bradly), Jordan, Ben, Lee and Anna. Two of Thelma's greatest passions were animals and gardening.

All manner of dogs, cats, squirrels, and birds flocked to enjoy the treats Thelma always had ready. Her gardening skills were amazing.

Every garden she planted was colourful, beautifully planned and wonderful to experience. In her younger years, she also enjoyed embroidering and baking great apple pies, and every Christmas, making delicious coconut balls which have become a family tradition.

A life well lived, she was and is deeply loved.

Thelma/Mom/Grandma/Nana, we love you with all our hearts.

Visitation/Service: Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 2 p.m., entrusted with Scott Funeral Home - West Toronto Chapel (1273 Weston Road, Toronto, ON.
