SHANLY, Margaret Anne (nee HALLORAN)   -  Margaret Anne Shanly passed away gently, on May 10, 2023, at the age of 72, surrounded by her family, after a very brief but determined battle with cancer.


Marg to her many friends, and Margie to her family, she was born in Hamilton, but spent most of her life in Toronto.


She lives on through her husband of 47 years, Selby, and 5 children: Martha (Adam), Paul (Veronica), Dave (Kelsey), Peter (Brandon) and Maggie. She was an enthusiastic grandma to Scarlett, Nathan and Grayson.


Visitation at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd., Scarborough, on Wednesday, May 17th, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. John's Catholic Church, 794 Kingston Rd., Toronto, on Thursday, May 18th, 10 a.m.


Donations to MSF Canada, Daily Bread Food Bank or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
