McLaren MaryMCLAREN, Mary A. McLaren  -  Born December 6, 1924 died peacefully on May 18, 2023 in Toronto.

 

Daughter of the late Sebastiano Ruscica and Alice Marino, wife of the late Donald Gordon McLaren (January 29, 1986).

 

She is survived by her son James and daughter Theodora. Sister of the late Anna, Nancy, Alice, Tom and Frank and survived by her sister Emanuel (Nell) Lo Presti and brother Salvi Ruscica.

 

Greatly loved by her 4 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.

 

Thank you to the nurses and all at Belmont House for their kindness to Mary. Special thanks to Father John (Jack) Costello for his many years of friendship and prayer.

 

May she be remembered for her charm, beauty, good humour and good works.

 

Visitation is Thursday, May 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville).  Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, May 26, 2 p.m., at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish (Loyola Room, 2nd floor), 520 Sherbourne Street, Toronto (lourdes.to). Cremated remains to be interred at York Cemetery.
