Winstall ReginaldWINSTALL, Reginald Arnold – We are sad to announce the passing of Reginald as the result of an unfortunate accident at the age of 90 on October 18, 2017.

Beloved husband of Mary (née Regan) for 65 years.

Cherished father of Susan Martin, Stephen Winstall (Laura) and Michelle Winstall – Hiller (Vernon).

Proud grandfather of Renée and Aidan.

Dear brother of Rosemay Stanfield of British Columbia.

Predeceased by his parents Paul Winstall and Florence Clark.

Reginald was a faithful volunteer with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Matt Talbot House, Participation House, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Good Shepherd Refuge.

He was the Vice President of Winstall Diamond Company, General Manager of Van Itallie Koebel Diamond Company, Teacher with the York County Board of Education, Member of the University of Toronto Chancellor’s Circle, Knight of the Immaculata, Flight and Scuba Instructor and long-time member of the Dukes of Harmony.

Visitation will be held at W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Monday, October 23rd 2017 from 2 – 4pm & 7 – 9pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist, 903 Giffard Street, Whitby on Tuesday October 24th 2017 at 11am. Interment at Mount Hope Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Reginald’s memory may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and condolences may be expressed online at  wctownfuneralchapel.com.
