CARTER, Joan Dorothy - -Born in Fort Myers, Florida on September 6, 1932.
She peacefully passed away on October 30, 2017 at North York General Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Loving wife to Walter Baillie Carter, mother to Susan (Jeff) and John and grandmother to Rebecca.
Predeceased by her sister Mary June and brother William. Her loves were her family, friends, reading, ballet and good scotch.
Our thanks to the doctors, nurses and care workers who were so wonderful, both in her home and at the hospital.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life at the family home on Sunday, November 12th from noon to 2:00 p.m.
