ARMSTRONG, (James) Malcolm  - With his daughter Judith by his side, Malcolm slipped away suddenly, but peacefully, in his 93rd year, on November 3, 2017.

Son of the late James and Ada Armstrong of Mt. Dennis and brother of the late Mary Burroughs (George).

Predeceased by his beloved wife Brenda (nee Weeks) and survived by his children Judith and Bruce.

Malcolm will be fondly remembered by his Ottawa nephews and nieces. Malcolm and Brenda were longtime residents of Don Mills where they raised their family and a series of lively Airedale Terriers. They shared a deep love of travel and together explored over 80 countries.

A natural salesman, Malcolm had a successful career of 30 plus years with Toronto Coppersmithing. A very approachable man, he was a great listener and had a lifelong knack for making friends.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Malcolm's life will be held Saturday, November 18th, 2 p.m. at The Roxborough Retirement Residence in Newmarket. Donations to OVC Pet Trust are appreciated.
