Passed away at his residence on Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 at the age of 61.
Beloved husband to Halina of 42 years.
Loving father of Mariusz (Ewa) and Daniel (Eliza).
Grandfather to Angelika, Olivia, Krystian and Amelia. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and co-workers.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, November 18th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12:00 noon.
