CHORTYK, Michael - 86, died November 23, 2017.
Michael is survived by his loving brother, Thomas, his sisters, Anne and Olga, his nieces, Deborah, Jessica, Trina and Emily.
Michael was predeceased by Yvonne, his beloved wife of 55 years, his mother, Elsie, his father, Max and his brother, Jack.
Michael's great love in life was Art and he enjoyed his 37 years with Coutts Hallmark, as Creative Director for their Canadian Division, until he chose to retire to pursue his own creative goals.
Michael's family wishes to offer their thanks to his neighbours, Edie and Peter Steiner for their constant care and compassion. Their friendship meant so much to both Mike and Yvonne.
He will be missed by many. Forever in our thoughts.
Respecting Michael's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
