SIEKIERKO, Anne Janina (Josephine)  - It is with sadness we announce the passing of our mother on November 27, 2017 at the age of 95.

Anne was the beloved wife of the late Edward Siekierko (2007).

Loved by her children, their spouses and partners, June Caldwell (Mel), Ronald (Cathy), Connie Leon (Tom 2009), Catherine (Cy 2016) and Stephen (Lise).

Anne adored her 6 grandchildren; Christopher (Krystina), Jennifer, Bryan, Mark (Jessica), David (Marta) and Heather and was a great-grandmother to seven.

She will be remembered and missed by her siblings Sophie Kuckyt (late Stan), Olga Rydzewski (Mike) and the late Walter Stachura (Joyce), as well as many nephews and nieces.

Anne was a resident at Sunrise Senior Living in Mississauga since 2005 where she made many friends, both as residents and caregivers. The love and dedicated care she received by the staff will not be forgotten by her children (especially her lead Ilene).

Prior to her residing at Sunrise, Anne was an active Member of the Catholic Women's League, a volunteer with the Queensway General Hospital for almost 30 years, and an avid member and golfer at the Toronto Board of Trade.

She will be remembered for her flair of oil painting in her earlier years to wonderful pressed flower pictures and cards.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gregory's Catholic Church, 122 Rathburn Rd., Etobicoke, on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment Glendale Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice would be very much appreciated by the family.
