Sam was an ordained Minister in The Anglican Church, a Chaplain (Captain) in the Canadian Forces serving in the Middle East and a Teacher with the Toronto District School Board.
He was a member of St. Aidan's Anglican Church (Toronto).
A service of remembrance will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Aidan's Anglican Church, 70 Silver Birch Ave. (Queen St. E. and Silver Birch Ave.). Please note, visitation will take place at 10:30 a.m. up until time of service.
Interment to follow at St. John's Cemetery Norway (Kingston and Woodbine Ave.).
