BARBARO, Dorothy EVELYN (nee JORDAN) - Passed away peacefully on Monday, January 1, 2018 in her home at the age of 93.
Dorothy, beloved wife of the late Joseph for over 64 years.
Loving mother of Kaaren (Jim), Pat (Harry), Pam (Dave), Joyce (Ron) and Joe (Dorothy).
Proud grandmother of Jason (Natalie), Patrick (Kim), Blake, Kirstin, Ashley (Jeromy), Amanda (James), Jeremy (Lucy), Jessica (Andrew), Karly, Brandon (Natalie), Nicholas (Ayana) and Michelle (Cameron) and great-grandmother of Leigha, Megan, Kinsley, Madison, Hunter, Londyn, Logan and Broderick.
Cherished sister of Lloyd Jordan, predeceased (survived by Lois) and Margaret Shirley, sister-in-law of Ron (Ginetta) Barbaro and Kathryn (Barclay) Holbrook. Dorothy will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Resting at the Highland Funeral Home, Scarborough Chapel, on Thursday, January 4th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be in our Chapel on Friday, January 5th at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Rouge Valley Health System Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
