Peacefully passed away on January 2, 2018 in North York.
Beloved husband of Yu Ching Chang.
Loving father of Alvin (Angie), Bronco and Clifford.
Jack will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Life Celebration Centre, 8088 Yonge Street on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. A funeral service will commence at 1:30pm in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow.
