Jan, beloved husband of 54 years to Zofia.
Loving father of Richard and his wife Tanja and Robert and his wife Gosia.
He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Nathan, Rachel, Alexander and Eric.
Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W., on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Funeral Mass on Monday 11 a.m. at St. Teresa Catholic Church.
